Time to lose weight!!!!

OMG! This morning I weighted myself. I CANT BELIEVE THIS!!!! I GAIN 4 ALMOST 7 POUNDS!!!!

 I DONT EVEN NOTICE THAT!!!
HOW CAN I GAIN SO MUCH IN JUST 2 MONTHS?!!!!WTF
GOTTA FOLLOW A DIET AGAIN AND HAVE SOME WORKOUT B4 I CANT PUT ON ANY OF MY CLOTHES!!!!
SO.... HERE'S MY PLAN~ IM GONNA FOLLOW THIS WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM:

How to Lose 25 Pounds in Two Months

WELL...IT IS A VERY GENERAL KINDA THEORY. SO SELF-CONTROL IS VERY IMPORTANT.

IM GONNA CONTROL MY CALORIES INTAKE WHILE DOING PLENTY OF EXERCISES!!!!

MAYBE I CAN CONSUME 500 KCAL PER EXERCISE?!! WHATEVER...

SOO TODAY S MY FIRST DAY , I JUST FINISHED 2 POACHED EGGS AND A CUP OF HERB TEA 4 MY BREAKFAST. STILL HOPING WONT LOSE SELFCONTROL  :-(


I WANNA GET LOSE 4 POUNDS ASAP!!!! CUZ I REALLY DONT LIKE THE FIGURE!! IT REMINDS ME OF LAST TIME I WEIGHTED OVER 150 POUNDS AND I WAS TEASED BY EVERYONE..!!!!!

NOOOO!!!!!!!!!! THIS WONT HAPPENED AGAIN! I WONT ALLOW MYSELF TO BE SO OUT OF SHAPE AGAIN!!!!!!!

WISH ME LUCK ;-) I HOPE WITHIN 2 MONTHS, I WILL LOOK FITTER AGAIN~~

 BREAKFAST:



  • POACHED EGGS 150 CALORIES, HERB TEA

    LUNCH:



    • EGG NOODLES WITH TOMATOES, SHRIMPS AND PORK( I GUESS ITS 500 CALORIES)

      snacks: a pack of cracker(70 kcal) watemelon 100, coffee 100
